About us

A story of care and drawings

Is this a new restaurant? Let us tell you a little story.

La Terraza Miró first opened its doors in April 2012. We started from scratch in the hospitality world, serving coffees and sandwiches.

Back then, the place was very different. Red chairs, grey walls and slot machines, among other things. Was it the place we dreamed of? The answer was clear: no!

That was when we decided to go to culinary school, and since then, little by little, year after year, things have kept changing.

By the way, did you know that a big part of the restaurant’s decoration was made by our customers? The napkin is a drawing by Lola. So are the pictures in the bathroom, the menu covers… Sometimes, less is more.

Little things you made for us

our customers are behind the decoration

Be Simple

The napkin

After having a tiramisu, Lola left us a drawing. We liked it so much that we put it on our napkins. Now it is part of our signature.

The card

We love the drawings you leave for us. That is why we put them on our cards, so we can share them with everyone.

Sharing is living

The tablecloth

We had a plain white tablecloth until Coco (@cocinaconcoqui) said: “Why don’t we make it more fun?”. We added flowers and colours, and that is how it stayed.

The postcard

Since everyone loved the tablecloth so much, the first postcard was a mini tablecloth. Now, with your drawings and some of ours, the postcards are ready to travel. Take one with you.

Sometimes, less is more.
